Community harassment or neighbourhood watch.
That is the question with regards to the growing phenomenon of gang stalking. At the onset it would appear to be a combination of both watching and harassment, but where neighbourhood watch works for the betterment of society, community harassment or gang stalking is used to harass, sensitise and make innocent targets, have nervous break downs or commit suicide.
Neighbourhood watch is used to help communities rid them of harmful elements, community harassment or gang stalking is used to harass innocent individuals for years, from one location to the next. It\\\’s used to control targets, degrade them and demoralise them. This is how this form of harassment was used in my case. It started with workplace mobbing, because of sexual harassment that I was experiencing. The harassment spread out into the community, and at some point it became very deliberate and organized. It would follow me from one city to the next and back again. Five different call centers, two of which I fully hold responsible for the bulk of this harassment. It would consume over six years of my life, with three different investigations, and at every turn the two main companies involved were conspiring against me on a monumental level that I had never dreamed possible.
Neighbourhood watch might be keeping a friendly eye on an individual, but community harassment or gang stalking is something that is quite different. The goals and outcome are different. One seeks to protect and keep the community safe, the other is to ruin, and to drive a target to breakdown or suicide. The later is a deliberately co-ordinated and targeted campaign, involving sensitising a target to a stimuli, and 24/7 surveillance and noise monitoring campaigns. The participants are inducted into the harassment for various reasons. Some because it makes them feel powerful and they have control over another individual. Others go along with it because they feel that they are doing something good. Others even if they feel it\\\’s wrong participate because it\\\’s a way to belong or they feel forced or coerced into joining. (Just like any other gang.) Others are threatened into participation, others just see it as a game to play with a human beings life.
Once a target is chosen for the harassment they are over time negatively sensitized or classically conditioned to a stimuli. Eg. Over several months a target is exposed to stimuli in a negative way, thus a negative association is formed. Eg. Call someone a derogatory name and then click your pen loudly each time you say it, get your friends to join in, after a month or two the pen clicking is the same as the derogatory name you used as the stimuli. Other stimuli include, but are not limited to keys jangling, colors, strips, coughing, sneezing, overt physical actions. After the target is sensitised to the stimuli, then foot soldiers, \\\”community citizens\\\” find out everything about the target. They find out where they live, work, play, what they eat, buy at stores, they learn their full routines. This is done because they want the harassment to follow the target everywhere they go. These people if they are not already in the targets neighbourhood they will move in, they will move across the street, next door, in apartments they will move above you, below you and beside you over time. They will conduct noise campaigns, bug your phones, wire tap your house, and monitor computer activity. They will repeat the targets private and personal moments out loud. This gives them a sense of control over the target. They will run interference with the target, bang into them in the grocery story, on the street, cut the target off on the road, tail gate, etc.
These people are so well organised that they will even try to use a targets family (blood associates), or friends to participate in the harassment. Slander campaigns and lies are a big part of what\\\’s used to keep the harassment going. People are told that the target is selling or using drugs, a prostitute, a pedophile, or even under surveillance for some \\\”type\\\” of investigation. This form of community harassment is so wide spread that police, fire persons, transit workers, caretakers, store keepers, cable and phone workers have been known to get involved. It\\\’s estimated by some that 1 in 25 people in major cities are participating in this type of harassment movement. The harassers come in literally all ages, shapes, sizes and colors. Children, the elderly, woman, men. People get their families involved in the harassment. This is because many of the people think they are working for a decent cause, or harassing a bad individual. The truth however is that many people who are getting targeted in this way are innocent. People such as whistle blowers, dissidents, (single) woman, minorities, gay people are prime targets. However this harassment can and does happen to anyone.
The goal of this type of harassment is not to patrol the neighborhood or keep it safe, which is the goal of neighbourhood watch. The goal of this type of harassment is to demoralise the target, make them paranoid, it\\\’s to take away their privacy, and power. It\\\’s to leave them destitute and without means, it\\\’s to drive them to the point where they break down or commit suicide. This type of harassment is not only illegal, but it\\\’s wrong on so many levels. The problem with this harassment is that it\\\’s well founded, in part it\\\’s believed by the wealthy persons, large corporations, and even possibly the state itself. The participants come from every sector of society: Lawyers, social workers, bankers, psychiatrists, janitors, maids, shop keepers, landlords, etc. It\\\’s powerful and it\\\’s reach is far and varied, but it\\\’s wrong. When a society is willing to ignore it\\\’s moral conscience and go along with wrong doings, because power and money are backing it, then something deep and essential to that society has been lost.
A society that does not hold firm to the moral foundations it was formed on will soon have no foundations left to stand on. Participating in this \\\”game\\\” is a choice, for myself and other targets it\\\’s a form of bond less slavery that we did not ask to be a part of. I can only ask for myself and other innocent targets, that you take a moment, pause think about what you are doing, and then make the right moral and legal choice.
