This story is about me and how a perception and image of me has been distorted through the use of wireless technology and private networks by my former employer at CHC/NYCHHC (in New York). To begin with, my former employer has always had an expressed interest in prying into my personal life both when I was working there and currently this present day. Since my departure they have managed to thwart employers from hiring me for months by blackballing me on job boards and their connections with parent consulting firms. When I finally got a break on a recent job opportunity I had with AT&T/SBC, they still managed to get me fired from that position I was a perfect fit for. I was employed there on a year contract assignment as Lead Security Analyst (RTP, NC) only to be let go and replaced by a “CHC consultant”, how coincidental is that. I was only there for a month and a half only to be replaced by someone far less competent. Computer Horizons has a lot of connections in the Network Security industry. They are abusing their power and are unethical in their business practice.
They have also managed to slander my name by creating this false image of me through the use of wireless technology and through private networks. Most of the things said about me are completely false and have no basis of truth to behind it which I can prove beyond reasonable doubt. Things like I am a racist which is absolutely false, my ex-wife is black and all of the women I date as well as my friends are black and of hispanic decent. Also I am supposedly spreading diseases like HIV and STD’s which is also not true and have my current test results that proves the false nature of this. Another slanderous thing being said about me is that I like little girls whcih is why I date women with children. This infuriates me the most mainly because I have a 10 year old daughter through a previous marraige and cant even imagine why anyone would even suggest something so disgusting. There are more defamting things being said about me that I can go over in detail but I will exceed your character limit.
It is upsetting me because it is making me look unfavorable in the public eye. I feel embarrassed walking in a restaurant or going to a public setting with people on the street or in a bar making comments. I feel as though I am the most hated man in America and have done nothing to deserve this unfair treatment. I am sure that if you do the slightest bit of investigation with either my name or my picture you will know what I am talking about.
Approximately 2 months ago I was amking $8,800 a month, now I make nothing. This all of a stupid vendetta that my former employer has over me. This issue is not only affected my career, but my livlihood as well. This image they have meticulously impressed upon people is so bad that I cannot even get a job at a fast food restaurant or even at Wal-Mart. I have run out of options and hoping to see if there is any way you can help. I think this is a good story to show how big corperations (big brother) can ruin someone’s reputation, career and life through the use of their power and connections in the industry. There reasons for what I believe they are doing this is because I left on bad terms with them and number 2 because they didn’t like my lifestyle and appearance outside of work. Never has this affected my ability and competence at work, but it is what it is. I am looking for a means to not only stop this harrasment and defamation, but also twart future attampts. If anybody has any good advise. Please advise. Thank you.
