There are no real gangstalkers. There are a loose nit of paid shills in each region, but they are used on demand for any TI, not just you. It’s a Program.

What about when people go crazy? When friends and family appear “in on it”? How does that happen? I threw this together to explain it all, you won’t believe what they are doing, they’ve installed a BioAPI in everyone on earth. Random strangers can be controlled on demand to make it appear like they’re stalking you. Its awesome.

HEY I AM A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL..WHO IS FROM NY ..I WAS LESS THAN A BLOCK FROM THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED AND I THOUGHT I WAS THE RESAON IT HAPPENED .I WAS AT MY ATTORNEYS OFFICE IN WHO I HAD BEEN COMPLAINING TO ABOUT BEING ELECTRONICALLY HARRASSED FOR OVER FOUR YEARS ..I WAS THERE CAUSE AN EX PARTNER HAD TIED ME UP IN A LAW SUITE IN WHICH I INCIATED BUT HE KNEW ABOUT ELECTRONIC HARRASSMENT AND I DID NOT EVERY ONE IN THE ATTORNEYS OFFICE STARTED ACTING WEIRD AND THEN STARTED TO SAY SOMETHING BAD JUST HAPPENED DOWN THE STREET…IT MESSED UP CAUSE I KNOW THE POWERS TO BE ARE HUGE AROUND ME…THEY HAVE KEPT ME BLOCKED FROM THE VICTIMS NETWORKS FOR A FEW DAYS NOW..CJ

He says judge job, which I had taken to be judge and jury, he does sound like he wants to get back at the cops. I am just glad he left a note, how many others leave notes that never get to us, or just don’t leave a note? At least there is some sort of testament.

Perhaps he meant that he was trying to get back at the cops who targeted him.

I think it's very important that focus and attention remain on these deaths. It's the only way we can expose the true damage that this system is doing. Not only were the people that Jiverly Wong victims, but Jiverly Wong was himself first targeted for 18 years of his life. His link will be added to the Targeted Individual Indigo Ribbon Quilt, because he was a victim well before he was ever turned into what he became.
