I don’t know how many of our website visitors out there have had a chance to read and digest this article that just came out in the New York Times and also ran in several other International papers, but I thought this would be a wonderful opportunity to shed some additional light on some portions of the article.

The following article will try to put into perspective some of the societal structures that are most likely responsible for the targeting some of those in the Targeted Individual community are experiencing.

For years Targeted Individuals have been saying that they are being followed around, stalked, monitored while at home, and out in public. They have complained of a system that is capable of 24/7 surveillance, able to harassment at home, work, in the community, and even while traveling abroad.

For several years there has been a great deal of disbelief that such occurrences could even be possible. The following article, will try to explain referencing sources already available and documented how this could be happening.

Hi my name is ono, I have been a gang stalking target for about seven or eight years now.

Some of the tactics used on me are as follows….., I have been under 24/7 day a week surrveillance, any information gained through that surrveillance is used to harrasse me.

I’ve encountered frequent and dangerous street theatre, I have had the place where I live entered illeagly offten, lots of gasslighting…etc,… The car I drive has been used as a harrasement tool,…, entered illeagly , sabatabged, etc…

The components that have gone into making up gang stalking have been around for many decades if not hundreds of years. You will find many aspects of this harassment have been used quite successfully in other time periods, and controlled states.

What Gang Stalking does is it takes the successful aspects of those programs and it uses them, plus a couple of new ones to harass and torture individuals to the point of a nervous breakdown, institutionalization, suicide, devastation and ruin. The following are just a few of the components of previous programs used by others that have helped to make up Gang Stalking.

Gang Stalking is a covert investigation that is opened on an individual. The individual is then placed under overt and covert forms of surveillance. The person is followed around 24/7. Foot patrols and vehicle patrols are used to follow the Individual around, as part of the monitoring process. During these patrols a one handed sign language is used to assist the citizen informants with communicating to each other.

Gang Stalking is also systemic form of control, which seeks to control every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. Gang Stalking has many similarities to workplace mobbing, but takes place outside in the community. It called Gang Stalking, because the target is followed around and placed under intrusive and directed surveillance by groups of organised “Covert Human Intelligence Sources” also known as Citizen Informants 24/7.
